All rooms MUST be booked before Saturday, Jun 1, 2024. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

There are only 50 rooms available: 20 Junior Suites and 15 Double Queen are available so reserve ASAP! 

There are other hotels in the Hazleton Area, but we did not reserve blocks at all hotels. Hotels can also be found in the surrounding towns of White Haven & Wilkes Barre.
